Gulf Coolant XLL Plus

is  a  premium  long  life  silicate-containing  coolant based  on  Organic  Acid  Technology (OAT) which meets the latest requirements of the VAG-group according to the new standard  VW TL 774G and is used in all VAG-models built as from 2007.  is an ethylene glycol/water based coolant that provides maintenanc e-free protection against freezing, boiling and corrosion  and has been developed to meet specific demands of particular OEMs by combining organic- and silicate  technology.  The  VAG-group  uses  special  aluminium  in their  engines  that  withstands  the  very  high  temperatures in the engines during use. This type of aluminium demands direct corrosion protection at the first filling at the factory. 

Gulf Coolant XLL Plus

provides effective corrosion protection for all engine metals, including aluminium and ferrous alloys and should be used undiluted in a cooling system. 

Gulf Coolant XLL Plus provides efficient frost and corrosion protection and typical mixtures in Northern  Europe are 50/50, offering frost protection down to <-37°C.  

Gulf Coolant XLL Plus may be used with confidence in engines manufactured from cast iron, aluminium or combinations of the two metals, and in cooling systems made of aluminium or copper alloys and is  particularly recommended for hi-tech engines, where high temperature aluminium protection is important
